Welcome, and Thank You

June 2026 Update:

We want to start by saying a huge thank you to everyone in the community who has taken the time to visit this website, share their thoughts and engage with us at the three public exhibition events on our proposals for 'Mains of Cairnbulg'. This has helped guide our vision for a new 18-hole golf course, clubhouse, overnight accommodation and associated infrastructure, located between Fraserburgh and Inverallochy.

We are pleased to share that, following this period of consultation and engagement, we have now formally submitted our planning application. The feedback, questions and conversations we've had with local residents, businesses and stakeholders have been invaluable in shaping the proposals at this stage, and we are genuinely grateful for the time and care so many of you have given to the project.

This website will continue to be our home for project updates as the application progresses. We'll keep sharing news here, and we'd encourage you to sign up to our mailing list if you haven't already, so we can keep you informed of next steps, decisions, and any future events.
